We provide LGV C1+E (medium goods vehicle and trailer) driver training courses to enable individuals to tow a trailer with a goods vehicle between 3500kg and up to 7500kg.

The LGV C1+E licence is for drivers who hold the C1 licence and are 21 or over who passed their car driving test after January 1st 1997.
And for drivers who already hold the C1+E licence on grandfather rights. (pre 1st Jan 1997) with the 8250kg train weight restriction, requiring the restriction to be lifted to 12000kg.

Our C1+E training vehicle a VW LT 46 and Ifor williams box van trailer it has the advantage of being small and manoeuvrable, with simple controls and gears, whilst meeting all DSA requirements to gain the LGV C1+E licence.

We provide driver training to enable individuals to drive a PCV D1 minibus

The PCV D1 mini bus driving licence is available for drivers aged 21 or over and drivers who passed their car driving test after January 1st 1997 and wish to drive a minibus with more than 8 passenger seats and for those that hold the licence on grandfather rights and wish to get the restriction lifted.

Our PCV D1 minibus driver training courses are between 10 to 30 hours (2 and 5 days) duration depending upon your driving experience and ability to fully prepare you for the DSA driving test standard. If you are unsure which PCV training course you require we can carry out an assessment drive to determine your course.

Our PCV D1 Mini Bus driver training vehicle is a 17 seat Ford Transit 430, it has the advantage of simple car like controls, brakes and gears, whilst meeting all DSA requirements to gain your PCV D1 Mini Bus licence.

1. Medical – Take the PCV medical – down load the form below.
2. Licence application – Apply for your provisional PCV D1 licence entitlement D2 from DVLA – down load the link below.
3. Call us – Book your driving assessment and PCV D1 course with us to secure your dates.
Theory test – Book and pass the PCV theory tests
5. Training course – Start your PCV D1 9 – 16 seat minibus training course.
