Car & Trailer Tests
O’Kane Driver Training offer B+E trailer training by a DSA Approved Driving Instructor to companies and individuals who require trailer handling courses and who also require the B+E category adding to their Licence.
CSR & CPC Training
We can also offer other courses including CSR & Driver CPC Training all available through our exceptional professional network of partner organisations.
Duty of Care health & Safety Driver Assessments
Accidents whilst driving, and for a company who has not already put in place a driving at work assessment policy is an ideal starting point to show they are dealing with an identified Health and Safety risk.
Forklift Training
We offer forklift training and our credentials are underpinned by our ITSSAR Cat 2 approved status. All our courses are approved and designed to provide the operator with the basic skills and knowledge to drive safely and efficiently, reduce injury, damage to goods, vehicles and property which helps to increase efficiency by developing maintenance and safety awareness.
National Plant Operators Registration Scheme
Established in 1992, the National Plant Operators Registration Scheme is now one of the UK’s leading Accreditation and Registration Bodies, working across the Construction, Industrial, Utilities, Warehousing and Distribution, Agricultural, Ports and Marine sectors.
NVQ training
NVQ training (National Vocational Qualification) is a work-based qualification which recognises the skills and knowledge a person needs to do a job. The candidate needs to demonstrate and prove their competency within their chosen role or career path and have at least 6 months experience.
P.U.W.E.R. & LOLER Examination
A LOLER inspection or thorough examination (LOLER regulation 9) must be completed on all lifting equipment to comply with LOLER. The LOLER definition of lifting equipment includes any equipment used at work for lifting or lowering loads, including attachments used for anchoring, fixing or supporting it.
Trailer Handling & Awareness Course
Trailer Handling and Awareness Course includes reversing lessons, to individuals, companies and groups requiring to tow various trailers, boats, horse boxes, plant trailers, car trailers, exhibition units, catering units etc.
